What customers say?

“ We came from Brazil to try this ramen that's become very popular on social media. We went at the end of November and it was terribly cold outside; we had to wait in line for almost 2 hours on a Wednesday and almost gave up. In the end, it was worth it. The ramen is good but not extraordinary; you can easily find better ones in central Tokyo. The portions are also generous, and you often see people leaving too much food in their bowls. But the experience is quite memorable; the place is beautiful and peaceful. There are only 3 seats in the stall, and it's difficult to get one; the most common thing is to sit at the ones on the left side. ”

“ portion was very generous and i took the time to savour each bite. shop owner was kind enough to invite into his counter to take a good close up video of him making the ramen. i don’t see why this store hasn’t achieve an overall 4.5 stars average. ”

“ I drove all the way from Yokohama just come here. It was completely worth it, this Ramen is amazing!! ???????????????? ”

“ Onion flavor based Ramen, don't compare it to Ichiran style. Broth is way lighter. Read the other reviews, if you are prepared to have a light broth than you'll be fine, but don't expect a wow experience for the meal. However, despite being light, you can taste that preparation it has been prepared since early in the am and the effort is there. Don't go up there unless you have some business in the area (like visiting Mount Takao, 1 station away from there). Arrived there on a November Wednesday at 5h15pm and was the 6th in the queue. At 6h00pm, opening time, around 50 people were already lined up. ”

“ Best Ramen spot my husband and I have been to in Japan! We love a street food vibe. Everything was perfectly portioned, the broth was impeccably balanced, the noodles were perfectly firm, the pork slices were beautifully thin & seasoned to perfection. The toppings were the cherry on top! What a treat to find this place and have the kindest people show us true hospitality. This place was well worth the hour trip outside of Tokyo city. You won’t regret eating here! ”

“ This ramen shop under the train railway is a very japan peak experience. Their specialty is shoyumen if i remember correctly or shoyu ramen that is a soysauce based broth of a ramen. Ive traveled around 1hr20mins train from Shinjuku to this place and line up for about 30mins when i got there. The broth is super clean and an amazing chunks of pork cutlets too with minced onions and a spinach toppings. It is one good experience for me but this is when I realize that my kind of ramen is the fatty and oily one hahaha Nonetheless I am a ramen girly so this also have that spot in my longline lists of ramen shops that i Also staff and ramen master are very very nice and friendly ”
